Custom Finesse Refund, Return & Replacement Policy

 

At Custom Finesse, your satisfaction matters to us. Many of our products are custom-made or personalized, so our return guidelines ensure fairness while maintaining high-quality standards.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we will make it right.

Please contact us at info@customfinesse.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos and videos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we will send a free replacement or offer another appropriate solution.

You do not need to return the damaged or defective item.

 

2. Change of Mind / Buyer’s Remorse

Because most items are made specifically for each order, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size ordered
  • Preference-related reasons
  • Ordering the wrong item or design

Please double-check product details and sizing charts before completing your order.

 

3. Sizing Issues

If the sizing of your product doesn’t fit as expected but matches what you ordered, we cannot offer a refund or exchange due to custom production.

However, as a courtesy, we may offer a discounted replacement.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

For shipping issues such as lost, stolen, or missing packages:

✔ If You Purchased Package Protection

Your order is fully covered. We will replace your item at no cost after verifying the claim.


✔ If You Did Not Purchase Package Protection

Replacements may be offered case by case, depending on the situation.

We strongly recommend adding package protection at checkout for full coverage.

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

 

5. Incorrect Shipping Address

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your order.

 

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before production begins.

Once an order enters processing or production, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

 

7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Personalized or made-to-order items
  • Custom jewelry
  • Apparel and accessories made on demand
  • Digital items
